Here are all the additional parts you might need to assemble your own custom hardware kit. You will need to following items to complete a track kit.

J-Shape Rollers:
- Traditional J-Strap Roller and required bolt hardware
- The top hole is lower than most competitors to keep the hole away from the top edge of the door. This allows for more distance between the roller and the top of the door.

40 Inch Track:
- Extension Track to be used to extend our full kits
- Requires 1-2 additional Freedom Clamps to be purchased

48 Inch Track:
- Extension Track to be used to extend our full kits
- Requires 3-4 additional Freedom Clamps to be purchased

FAQ
Q: What kind of door should I buy?
A: The simple answer is that just about anything can be used as a door and with our extension blocks you can go as thick as 2.5-inches. You are only limited by your creativity.
Now, there are many places to purchase doors and there are some THINGS to watch out for. Often times door makers will Pre-Drill the holes for the rollers. You do NOT want them to do this. Our rollers are slightly different than the standard roller in terms of where the holes are located. So, do not have them Pre-Drill the door.
Even if you decide to use our Freedom Clamps only and not purchase our track and rollers, you still don't want the holes pre-drilled. You need to allow for the thickness of our mounting blocks and that will require some extra space at the top of the door.
Other than that, we recommend that you allow for 1-2 inches on either side of the opening for overlap. You want to mount the door at least 1/2" off the floor. And you should plan 1-2 inches of overlap at the top of the opening. So simply add 4-inches to the opening width and 2-inches to the opening height. If you have casing around the door then I like to completely cover the casing when the door is closed.
