Shipping policy

We try to offer free shipping on products when we can. However, shipping has become a very expensive part of our business and we strive to keeps costs as low as possible. We also try to give the option to upgrade the shipping method when possible.

Free Shipping
Neater Nest chooses the quickest and most cost-effective way to deliver your product. In most cases, your item will arrive within 10 days. Please allow 24 hours for processing, another 1-2 days for the order to be picked, packed, and shipped plus whatever the transit time is, it should arrive in under 10 days.

Fulfillment Center
We utilize Amazon's vast reach of fulfillment centers to get products to you quickly. So watch out for an Amazon package with our product inside. Because we rely on them to do the heavy lifting, we sometimes don't receive good communication about the order status. We do our best to send you the order updates as soon as we receive them.

We also have limited shipping capabilities here in Denver. So sometimes your order will be shipped from here and that may affect the delivery times a bit. Either way, we still promise to get you your product as fast and efficiently as possible.

Upgraded Shipping Methods
In some cases, we give the customer the option to upgrade shipping methods for those times you can't wait for a product to arrive by standard delivery. Typically the upgrade will be using USPS Priority mail which should arrive in 2-3 days from the date of shipment.

When Will My Order Ship?
Typically orders that are placed before 12pm MST will be sent to fulfillment that same day. From there it usually takes 1-2 days before Amazon ships the product to you. If the shipment is coming from Denver, we always try to ship orders on the same day. You will receive a shipment confirmation with order tracking as soon as that information is available.
